With Entitled Fitness, we specialize in analyzing and then conducting exercises for sports specific needs.
Are you an endurance athlete? Then training will consist of sport-specific movements under tension/pressure. You'll be trained in a hybrid program of slow and fast-twitch conditioning, you undergo extensive aerobic threshold training, as well as appropriate weight training, Explosive athlete? Then training will consist of sport-specific movements under tension/pressure, 8-10 on the Borg's scale, agility training, lactate threshold training and power-lifting weight training. With either athlete, the training will specifically benefit the athlete in question.
